Processing time

Shipping times depend on whether your item is ready-to-ship or made to order.

- Ready-to-ship items: Please allow 3–7 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before your order ships.

- Made-to-order items: These pieces take longer to create. Production may take up to 3 weeks. Once completed, shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days (excluding weekends).

Shipping timelines are designed to balance affordability with quality, allowing us to offer affordable men’s jewelry without compromising materials.

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, email us at support@goldnboys.com. While expedited requests aren’t guaranteed, we may be able to accommodate depending on the item and production stage.

 

International Shipping

Although we do not ship internationally, we might be able to accommodate your international shipping. International shipping availability may vary. Please contact us for more information at support@goldnboys.com. Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a money-back refund.

- Items returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a money-back refund

- After 7 days, returns qualify for store credit only
