This piece is real gold, not plated, filled or vermeil. 10k and 14k are composed of pure gold and other metals to make it extra durable and perfect for everyday use. Our 10k gold is a paler shade of gold, while our 14k is a much brighter shade of gold. Because it's real gold, it's waterproof, tarnish-resistant and last a lifetime. 

This piece is designed to last a lifetime but we still recommend removing your jewelry before you engage in any activity where it might get dented, dinged or caught on something. To keep your jewelry looking its best, regularly wash it with warm water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to gently clean off any dirt and regularly polish it with a jewelry polishing cloth. For deep cleaning, use an ultrasonic cleaner or professional jewlery cleaning service.

Made to order item take longer to ship. Items may take up to 3 weeks to be made. Once your item is ready, it will take 2-5 business days (excluding weekends) to ship. If you need your item by a certain date, please email us at support@goldnboys.com. We may be able to accommodate your request. 

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item within 30 days starting from the day the shipment is delivered for store credit. Your return is eligble for a money-back refund if the item is returned within 7 days.

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging. Custom orders, engraved and monogrammed products, gift cards and final sale items are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
